New Hampshire Sports Photography That Goes Beyond the Basics

At Laurie LaPorte Photography, sports picture day isn’t just about snapping a quick photo—it’s about celebrating each athlete’s personality and creating a smooth, stress-free experience for families and leagues alike.

As a small, local business based in Henniker, New Hampshire, I bring a personal, hands-on approach to every team I work with. I understand how valuable your time and trust are, and I’m here to make the process easy, flexible, and enjoyable.

Why Choose Laurie LaPorte Photography for Your New Hampshire Sports League?

If you’ve worked with large national photo companies in the past, you’ll immediately notice the difference. I focus on delivering:

  • A Personalized Experience – Every player gets my full attention during their session, with multiple images that reflect who they are.

  • Options and Flexibility – Whether it’s scheduling, package choices, or working with your program’s needs, I adapt to what works best for your league.

  • A Collaborative Partnership – I’m here to support your goals and ensure your teams and families are happy with their photo experience from start to finish.

When you work with a local photographer, you get more than just pictures—you get someone who cares about your community and takes the time to get it right.

Frequently Asked Questions About Picture Day

Do I need to pay anything before picture day?

Nope! There’s no upfront payment required. After picture day, you’ll receive a private online gallery with 3–5 images of your player. You only purchase what you love! You’ll have seven days to place your order, and prints will be delivered to the league. Digital images are emailed directly for download.

What should my child wear?

Your player should arrive in full uniform—this includes a jersey, pants or shorts, socks, belt, and either a hat or helmet. If you don’t want your child photographed with eye black, please remove it before their photo is taken.

Do we need to bring any equipment?

Yes, please bring your player’s glove for baseball or softball photos. If they have a favorite bat or ball, feel free to bring those as well—otherwise, I’ll have what’s needed available through the team.

Can parents take photos during picture day?

I kindly ask that parents refrain from taking cell phone photos during picture day. The process moves quickly and efficiently when I have the players’ full attention, and it helps ensure we get the best possible images without distractions.

I’m having trouble placing my order—what should I do?

No problem! I’ve created a step-by-step ordering guide for parents, which you can find [HERE]. If you're still having issues, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help.
