FAQ About Picture Day
Do I need to pay anything before picture day?
No, you have nothing to pay before the picture day! With Laurie LaPorte Photography, you will only buy the photos you love. Within a week of picture day, you will receive an email with a link to your child's private online gallery. Your player will have 3-5 images in their gallery. You'll choose any images you want to print or download, and ordering is easy! You'll have seven days to order your photos from the gallery. I'll print your images and deliver them to the league. Any digital images you purchase will be emailed for downloading.
What should my child wear?
Your player should be in full uniform for pictures: hats or helmets, jerseys, pants or shorts, belt, socks. Please be mindful of eye black: if you don't want your player photographed with eye black, please remove it before your team lines up for photos.
Do we need to bring any equipment?
Please bring your player's glove for baseball photos. If your child has a preferred bat or ball, you may bring those, but otherwise, they will be provided by the coach.
Can parents take cell phone photos during picture day?
Please leave the picture-taking to the photographer! Picture day is a very quick-moving process, and players tend to move faster and act more cooperatively without parents trying to also get their attention or snap over the photographer's shoulder.
