I’m Laurie LaPorte, the owner of Laurie LaPorte Photography. I am passionate about capturing families and newborns in a style that is artistic, authentic, romantic, and full of connection. I truly fall in love with every family that trusts me to preserve their precious moments. I understand how busy life with kids can be, so I prioritize being fast and efficient at every step. When I'm not photographing fresh babies and families, you can find me in Henniker, New Hampshire with my husband, three boys, two cats, and a dog. I love coffee, thrifting, Hallmark movies, decorating, and cheering the kids on from the sidelines. We have a beautiful chaos at our home that I’ve been documenting daily since starting my first “365 Project” on January 1, 2020.

I’m a self-taught photographer, who loves capturing the beauty of the everyday in families and nature. I’ve had photos featured at local galleries and worked with major brands, including Natursutten, Jonas Paul Eyewear, and Lulla Doll. 

 

Over the past six years, I’ve learned to take the photos for others that I would want of my children and family. I look to capture the personality, connection, and imperfection that is childhood and family life.
