GotPhoto On Mobile: A Guide for Parents

As a New Hampshire school and sports photographer, I’ve been using GotPhoto for years to organize and share class and team photos with families. The platform isn’t as intuitive as it has the potential to be, so hopefully, this guide will answer all your questions and help you to order your child’s photographs using GotPhoto on mobile!
How will I see my child’s photos?
If your school or league provided families’ emails before picture day, you will receive an email with a link to your child’s private gallery. If you had multiple children photographed, your email will link you to all their galleries.
If your organization has not provided emails, you will be provided with a link or QR Code to register for picture day. After registering, you will receive an email with a link to view your child’s private gallery once photos are ready.

If you have not received this email within a week of picture day, please email me at l.laporte.photography@gmail.com, and I’ll share your child’s gallery link with you.
How will I order my child’s photos?
When you have arrived at your child’s gallery, click “Order Photos.”
Choose from one of four packages:
Download all photos (digital only, price shown is for each child/access code, not total)
PACKAGE A (prints)
PACKAGE B (prints)
PACKAGE C (prints)

How do I order prints?
Prints are available to order in three package options.
Choose one of three print packages.
Click “Select Photo”. You will only be able to order one pose for the PACKAGE C. The PACKAGE A and PACKAGE B allow you to choose multiple poses.
After clicking “Select A Pose”, choose the photo you want to print and “Confirm Selection”.
Once you’ve made your selection, scroll to the bottom of the page to “Add To Cart”.
From your cart, you can check the crops for the photos and adjust if desired.
How do I order digital images to download?
When ordering digital images, you have the option to purchase the entire gallery (per child / access code), or individually.
To order all your digital images:
Click “Download All Photos”.
Click “More Details”.
You will be shown all the photos you are ordering. Each access code is priced separately.
Scroll down to see the total (pre-discount), and click “Add To Cart”.
If you don’t want all your child’s images, you can choose specific ones to order.
Click “Products”.
You’ll see a list of your photos, click “Buy This Photo”.
Click “Photo Download”.
Click “Add To Cart”.
After you pay for the digital files, you will be emailed a link to download the full-resolution images (without watermarks). These files won’t be available after this session is archived, so make sure to download them right away.
Can I order individual prints or products?
Yes, you can order photos or products (magnets / ornaments) without purchasing a package!
Click “Go To Individual Products”.
Click “Buy This Photo”.
Scroll below the photo to see “Prints" or "Gifts"
Click your print choice, then choose the desired size of print and “Add To Cart”.
Once you go to your cart, you can choose to adjust any cropping.

What’s a memory mate?
When we were kids, you may remember having your sports photos delivered in a dated frame with an individual photo and a team photo. Your kids can have these for their sports, too, but it’s all delivered on an 8x10 print. If you order an 8x10 “memory mate,” you can email me (l.laporte.photography@gmail.com) with a preference for the individual photo, and that will be paired with the team photo to create the “memory mate.” If no preference is stated, one pose will be chosen for you. Memory mates are only printed in 8x10 format, and if you choose a memory for a 5x7 print, it will be replaced by a 5x7 team photo.

How do I order more photos of a different pose or from a sibling?
Click on “Overview” at the top of the page.
This will take you back to the start so you can choose more photos to order!
How do I pay for the photos I want to order?
Click the cart icon on the top right.
Double-check the crops of any of your photos.
Pay with your credit card.
If your cart freezes or you’re not sure the purchase was completed, give the system a few minutes before trying again.
If you don’t have a credit card for payment, email me (Laurie: l.laporte.photography@gmail.com) to discuss options.
